• Wear clothes that you can easily move in, but that aren't too baggy. Bare feet are preferred. Changing facilities are available at the studio.
  • Mats are provided free of charge, feel free to bring your own if you like.
  • Classes start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early. Late admittance to class may not be permitted.
  • It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach therefore it is recommended not to eat 2 hours prior to class.
  • Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or are pregnant.
  • When reserving a mat space remember: the mat space is being held especially for you therefore cancellation is required 2 hours prior to class. Without cancellation we assume you will be attending and that class will be deducted from your package.
  • Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on space availability.
