In one hour the class fuses the disciplines of body conditioning, yoga and Tai Chi, using the body's own weight to isolate, strengthen and reshape. The class includes body shaping using your own body weight & light weights. The standing bar is used for lower body strengthening & posture, floor work isolates the core and upper body muscles, yoga postures focus on balance, concentration & whole body strength, all intertwined with the flow and grace of tai chi movements.
